Xavier's Myles Davis pleads to lesser charge, playing status uncertain

Myles Davis' legal issues are behind him, his attorney says, but the future of his basketball playing career at Xavier University remains uncertain.

Davis, who originally faced two misdemeanor criminal damaging charges related to incidents with former girlfriend Kiley Stoll, pleaded guilty Thursday in Hamilton County Municipal Court to one reduced charge of disorderly conduct as part of a plea agreement.

As part of the agreement, Davis paid restitution to Stoll in an undisclosed amount and also completed an anger management course. Davis won't face jail or probation, and his attorney Clyde Bennett II said he planned to pay a fine for court costs Thursday morning.
