CINCINNATI – Xavier women's soccer remains on the road for its next BIG EAST match, traveling to Providence for a Thursday evening match-up. First touch with the Friars is set for 7:00 p.m. on the BIG EAST Digital Network through the FOX Sports Go app.
- The Friars enter the game at 7-2-1 overall and 1-0 in BIG EAST play.
- Providence opened BIG EAST play last Saturday, Sept. 22 with a 2-0 win at Villanova.
- The win over Villanova was the fifth-straight results for the Friars, including three wins, over Brown, Harvard and Drexel, and a 1-1 double overtime draw at Arkansas.
