The college basketball season is less than two months away and many questions remain unanswered.
A large portion of those questions revolve around scheduling, and the most important question in the Queen City when it comes to the college basketball schedule is the status of the Crosstown Shootout.
Cincinnati and Xavier are still trying to figure out if they can make it work this year.
UC is scheduled to host the Musketeers, but non-conference rivalry games have been difficult for schools to navigate after the NCAA announced a new start date to the season, as well as requirements for the minimum (13) and the maximum (27) number of games that can be played in order to be eligible for the NCAA Tournament.
