Moral victories are a myth. They sound nice but they're as useful as a wagon without wheels.
What is helpful, though, is understanding that one game in mid-November was never going to make or break Xavier's season.
The Musketeers lost to No. 12 Indiana on Friday, 81-79, and nothing they do for the rest of the season is going to change that.
But they did prove something important. They proved they're capable of holding their own against a really good team. They also know exactly what they need to do in order to improve.
