Xavier men's basketball player Myles Davis' counsel plans to resolve criminal charges in Hamilton County with a restitution payment to Davis' former girlfriend, according to his attorney.
Davis' plea hearing was scheduled for next Thursday during a pretrial hearing Thursday in Hamilton County Municipal Court. He's facing two misdemeanor criminal damaging charges related to former girlfriend Kylie Stoll. Attorney Clyde Bennett II appeared on Davis' behalf at the pretrial hearing and told The Enquirer afterward the plan is to resolve the case in lieu of litigation.
"We're trying to resolve the case in a fashion that's consistent with the fact that this was two teenagers that were involved in a volatile relationship.
