CINCINNATI - Xavier women's tennis wrapped up the opener for the Fall tournament schedule on Sunday, coming away from the Xavier Invitational with 13 singles wins and 11 doubles wins against Dayton, Memphis and Cincinnati. The Musketeers also finishes the blind dual with the double MVP award for the pair of Emily Thomas and Kat Lyman.
Xavier went 13-9 in singles play, with Emily Thomas picking up singles wins in all three matches, an Natalie Moyer, Blessing Nwaozuzu, Anna Roggenburk and Anna Smith all finishing with multiple wins as well.
