MAINEVILLE, Ohio - Xavier men's golf placed 10th (out of 12 teams) at the Xavier Invitational on Tuesday evening. The two-day tournament was held at TPC River's Bend.
Wright State won the tournament, finishing 23 strokes ahead of Austin Peay. The Raiders posted a score of 851 (-13), while the Governors hit 874 (+10).
Wright State's Tyler Goecke took home medalist honors with a score of 204 (-12). West Virginia's Max Green (individual) placed second with a score of 207 (-9).
Jack Korotcoff (individual) recorded the best Xavier finish, placing tied for seventh (216, E) - the highest finish of his career.
