KINGSMILL, Va. – Xavier men's golf dropped one spot from second round to finish the Kingsmill Intercollegiate tied for 17th. In the final round, the Musketeers shot a 295, +22, their best team score of the outing. Garrett Wood led the team in the field, finishing tied for 43rd.
Wood parred seven of his nine holes on the back nine and carded two birdies on the front to head into the clubhouse with a final scorecard of 75, 74, 75 (224, +14).
Eduardo Rivera finished the tournament tied for 57th with a 72, 72, 82 (226, +16) final score.
