CINCINNATI --- Xavier University men's basketball head coach Travis Steele announced today that he has received signed National Letters of Intent from a five-member recruiting class that is ranked No. 11 in the country by 247Sports. The star-studded group includes four four-star prospects that are ranked among the top 106 recruits in the country by 247Sports: Dahmir Bishop, a 6-5 guard from Philadelphia, Zach Freemantle, a 6-9 forward from Oradell, N.J., Daniel Ramsey, a 6-8 forward from Norcross, Ga. and Dekeyvan "KyKy" Tandy, a 6-1 guard from Hopkinsville, Ky.
