CINCINNATI – Xavier women's soccer coach Nate Lie announced an addition to his coaching staff this week, adding Kristin Cannon as an assistant coach. Cannon joins the Musketeers after serving as an assistant women's soccer coach at LIU Brooklyn.
"Cannon is an intelligent, caring, principled, well-rounded coach," said Lie. "She has a tireless work ethic, is selfless, and has a special talent for relationship-building. Cannon sees the game at a high level and is a skilled communicator. Having worked with her in the past, I know we share similar views on culture and leadership, and I am extremely confident that she will fit in seamlessly with the current staff.
