HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Junior won the individual title at the Queen City Invitational on Saturday morning, leading the Musketeers to their third Queen City Title in program history. The Xavier men placed fifth in the final team standings.
The season-opening meet was hosted by Northern Kentucky at the Valhalla Cross Country Course. Both the men and women ran 5K races on Saturday morning.
• The women's team won its third Queen City Invitational Title in program history. Xavier also won the team title in 2013 and 2015.
