After a disappointing road trip that saw Xavier's men's basketball team allow a season-high 80 points in a loss at Wake Forest, the Musketeers should be motivated to turn the page with a more positive performance Wednesday in Cintas Center against Western Carolina (7-2).
Head coach Travis Steele opened his pre-game press conference Tuesday by saying, "I could care less about wins and losses."
He explained: "I think sometimes people get so caught up in the wins and losses. It hides things. Like I want our standard and I want our guys to play hard, I want our guys to play together, I want our guys to play smart.
