CINCINNATI - Four Musketeers scored in double figures on Saturday afternoon as Xavier men's basketball scored a season-high in points - defeating Lipscomb, 87-62, at Cintas Center. No. 25/23 Xavier moved to 7-1 on the year, while the Bisons dropped to 3-5.
• Xavier hit four of its first five shots to open the game, taking a 9-4 advantage at the 17:27 mark. Lipscomb responded by going on a 6-0 run to take its first lead of the game, 10-9, at the under 16-minute media timeout.
• The Bisons had their largest lead of game, 14-11, with 13:01 on the clock before Xavier went on a 10-2 run over the next five minutes to make the score 21-16.
