CINCINNATI --- Xavier University junior Jack Nunge has been named to the BIG EAST Conference Honor Roll for his efforts in games this past week against Providence on Wednesday and at Creighton on Saturday. Nunge averaged 15.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game for the week, while shooting 66.7 percent (12-18) from the field, including 66.7 percent (6-9) from 3-point range.
Nunge scored all 16 of his points at Creighton during XU's second-half comeback, hitting 6-7 from the field, including 4-5 from 3-point range, after intermission. He also grabbed eight rebounds in XU's 74-64 victory.
