CINCINNATI – Xavier baseball returns to the road this weekend, traveling to Omaha, Neb. for a BIG EAST road series at Creighton. The series kicks off on Friday at 7:30 p.m ET on the BIG EAST Digital Network. Play is set to continue on Saturday at 3:00 p.m ET and the series finale is set for 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday.
After three BIG EAST series, including last weekend's abbreviated series with Butler, Xavier stands atop of the BIG EAST standings at 7-1. Creighton, which has played just two series so far in the BIG EAST schedule, stands just behind Xavier at 5-1 in the league standings.
