It took Christopher Henry a few meets to adapt to college cross-country.
The two-time state champion at Laramie High School hit the ground running for Wyoming his freshman season. By the end of the year he was in the Cowboys' top five in the final three meets.
"It was a big change from high school, running up at the college level," Henry said, "but I enjoyed it a lot so I’m excited to go and get after it the second year."
Now a sophomore, the former Plainsman leads the Wyoming cross-country team into Saturday's Roy Griak Invitational in St.
