The eighth-ranked University of Wyoming wrestling team made quick work of Big 12 Conference foe Air Force on Friday, defeating the Falcons 33-3 at the UniWyo Sports Complex.
The Cowboys, who have now won seven consecutive duals, won nine of 10 matches and earned bonus points in four of them.
"It was a dominating performance," UW head coach Mark Branch said. "I think it's gratifying to see those things you focused on during the week come into play."
Dewey Krueger got things started for the Cowboys with a 4-2 decision at 157 pounds. No. 8 Branson Ashworth followed with an 18-2 technical fall at 165 to get the rout started.
