The University of Wyoming track & field team announced the signing of 12 student-athletes on Thursday. The group includes seven Wyoming natives who combined to win 14 indoor and outdoor state championships during their high school careers.
“We are very excited about the addition of this group and what they will bring to our program and the University of Wyoming,” UW head coach Bryan Berryhill said. “I’m very proud of all the hard work our coaching staff put in to bring this class of talented student-athletes to the University of Wyoming.”
The class includes two future Cowgirls in Sheridan thrower Jordan Christensen and Rock Springs’ sprinter Jenae Ramirez.
