Wyoming women’s soccer will continue its home stand with a matchup against Kansas in Laramie on Friday at 4:30 p.m.
The Cowgirls are coming off two victories against Morehead State and Drake. Both wins moved Wyoming’s record to 2-0-3 overall on the season. UW is looking to continue their home win streak as they are now 8-0-0 since 2013 at Louis S. Madrid.
Sophomore Shaina Ashouri was named the Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week for her performance in two Cowgirl victories over the weekend. She leads Wyoming in goals with three, and also is the team leader in shots with 15 on the season.
