The University of Wyoming soccer team never got going offensively Sunday and suffered a 3-0 loss to New Mexico at the Louis S. Madrid Sports Complex.
The Lobos got goals at the 12- and 42-minute marks to take a 2-0 lead into halftime and added their final goal in the 78th minute.
The Cowgirls (4-3-3, 1-1-0 Mountain West) were out-shot 16-5 and New Mexico had an 8-2 advantage on shots on goal.
