Wyoming soccer drops overtime match to South Dakota in Gillette

The Wyoming soccer team dropped its final non-conference match on Thursday, losing 3-2 in overtime to South Dakota at Thunder Basin High School in Gillette.

The game was scoreless until South Dakota broke through in the 77th minute on a goal from Kellee Willer. The Cowgirls (3-2-3) tied the game in the 85th minute when Indianna Asimus found the back of the net for her fourth goal of the season.

The Coyotes (3-5-0) pulled ahead again less than a minute late on Taryn LaBree's goal. Wyoming forced overtime when Michaela Stark scored on a header off an assist from Keelie Wortmann.
