After defeating the University of Missouri-Kansas City 7-0 Friday, the Wyoming Cowgirls tennis team lost to Nebraska 4-3 on Saturday.
Wyoming (4-3) won at No. 1 and No. 2 singles with Maqdalena Stencel and Nastya Tokareva winning those matches, respectively. Elisa Koonik also won her match at No. 5 singles.
Stencel and Tokareva's win at No. 1 doubles was Wyoming's only win in doubles action.
The Cowgirls will host their first meet on Saturday against Drake in the UW Tennis Complex.
