Nearly a dozen volleyball players, including 3 from UW, sue Mountain West

The suit was filed in the U.S. District Court of Colorado and alleges 12 counts including Title IX depravations and retaliation, violations of the First and 14th Amendments, fraud and negligent representation.

The list of requests for the court includes a declaration that “any male student-athlete is ineligible to compete in women’s volleyball in the [Mountain West Conference] and on the San Jose State University women’s volleyball team.”
