Bridges, a redshirt sophomore, earned a 3.75 GPA as a criminal justice major. He went 31-10 overall with a 16-3 dual mark and 10 ranked wins. Bridges advanced to the Big 12 finals at 133 pounds for the first time in his career this year, following an All-American season in 2018. It's his second consecutive season as a Scholar All-American.
Samuelson was a true freshman in 2019. He earned a 3.76 GPA majoring in business. Samuelson went 23-9 with an 8-1 dual record on the way to qualifying for his first career NCAA Championships.
