Adalyn Vergara broke a scoreless tie in the 75th minute to lift the Wyoming soccer team to a 1-0 victory over rival Colorado State on Friday at the Louis S. Madrid Sports Complex in Laramie.

Vergara's goal, her third of the season, came off a corner when she was able to find the back of the net after the ball bounced around in front of the goal.

It was the final home game of the season for the Cowgirls (12-3-4, 7-2-2 Mountain West), who have won four in a row and are unbeaten in their last seven games.
