The Fresno State (17-9, 8-5) win was the first road victory by any Mountain West Conference team in the month of February.
Harris hit a 3, and Julien Lewis made a pair of free throws to give the Bulldogs a 57-39 lead with 12:39 remaining. But Wyoming responded by outscoring Fresno State 28-11 in more than 10 minutes, and Josh Adam's dunk with 1:57 to go left the Bulldogs clinging to a one-point lead at 68-67.
