The University of Wyoming had four players selected to the All-Mountain West Volleyball first team and one named to the honorable mention team, the league announced Wednesday in a release.
Junior middle blocker Jackie McBride, senior libero Madi Fields, sophomore outside hitter KC McMahon and senior outside hitter Tara Traphagan were all named to the first team while junior setter Mackenzie Coates was an honorable mention selection.
McBride, who was fourth in the league with a .369 hitting percentage and third with 1.36 blocks per set, was honored for the third consecutive year. Traphagan, a 2017 All-MW selection, was third on the team in kills (178) and hitting percentage (.
