Henderson, who had already qualified for next month's NCAA Championships in the long jump, won the triple jump with a personal-best and school-record leap of 44 feet, 3.5 inches.
Also Saturday, Cowgirls' junior Emelda Malm-Annan was 18th in the hammer throw with a toss of 198-06. Malm-Annan finished just outside the top 12 needed to qualify for the NCAA Championships as the No. 12 thrower had a mark of 201-02.
Cowboys' sophomore Daniel Hintz also set a school-record in the 1500-meter run, finishing in a time of 3 minutes, 48.62 seconds. Unfortunately, that was only good enough for a 21st-place finish.
