On this last Friday and Sunday, the Cowgirls tennis team took to the road to face and defeat both the Utah State Aggies and the Boise State Broncos.
The matchup against Utah State marked the first Mountain West matchup for UW, and it took place in Logan, Utah.
“The team was phenomenal today in the way they went about business,” head coach Dean Clower said. “From last night’s warm-up to the match the team was all business.”
In the singles competitions, the Pokes swept USU, with five out of the six matchups ending after only two sets.
