Ashworth, ranked No. 8 at 165 pounds, went 2-0 last week, earning a 6-1 decision over No. 9 Demetrius Romero of Utah Valley on Friday and a 16-0 technical fall over South Dakota State's Kelby Hawkins on Sunday.
Ashworth is now 29-3 on the season and has won 15 consecutive matches.
The Cowboys close out the regular season Sunday when they wrestle at Northern Colorado.
