Madison — Jazz Peavy's first two seasons at Wisconsin have been — to be polite — nondescript.
"It was pretty frustrating," the reserve wide receiver said Friday after UW's 11th practice of the spring. "Each year I have expectations and goals I want to achieve. But I kept getting held back."
By injuries.
A graduate of Kenosha Tremper High School, Peavy will be a redshirt sophomore in 2015 and has yet to play in a game.
Peavy came to UW with the label of a deep threat who possessed soft hands. But he redshirted in 2013 in part because he suffered a hamstring injury while preparing for the Wisconsin Football Coaches' Association all-star game.
