Wisconsin women’s basketball: Badgers blown out 92-49 by No. 16 Michigan

Facing their first ranked team of the season, the Wisconsin Badgers (0-3 Big Ten, 3-3 overall) struggled mightily against the undefeated No. 16 Michigan Wolverines (1-0, 6-0) as they lost 92-49 on the road in Ann Arbor, Mich.

The Wolverines dominated the Badgers defensively, as Wisconsin failed to have a double-digit scorer for the first time this season. Sophomore guard Syndey Hilliard, junior forward Imani Lewis and freshman guard Brooke Schramek, who played her first game since Dec. 5, all scored nine points.

UW struggled shooting in a game that out of hand after the first quarter.
