The No. 5-seeded Wisconsin Badgers are set to kick off the Big Ten Tournament on Thursday, facing off against the No. 13 Northwestern Wildcats in the second round, with tip-off set for 1:30 p.m. central.
The Badgers, who finished the season 23-8, ended the year with an ugly 86-75 loss to the Penn State Nittany Lions at the Kohl Center, blowing their chance of a double-bye and forcing them to play on Thursday as the No. 5 seed.
Wisconsin will return senior guard Max Klesmit, who has missed the last three games with a lower-body injury.
