Fresh off an 85-66 win over the No. 14 seed Montana Grizzlies, the No. 3 seed Wisconsin Badgers are facing off against the No. 6 seed BYU Cougars on Saturday in the Round of 32, with tip-off set for 6:45 p.m. central at the Ball Arena in Denver.
Wisconsin kicked off the NCAA Tournament with a dominant victory, controlling the lead for nearly the entire 40 minutes and running away with a blowout in the final minutes.
The Badgers took a different offensive approach than their usual perimeter-dominant shot selection, taking advantage of Montana’s lack of size by pounding the paint and attacking the basket.
