The NCAA announced on Wednesday that the Wisconsin Badgers will host the 2024 NCAA Cross Country Championships at the Thomas Zimmer Championship Course, which is adjacent to University Ridge Golf Course, in Madison.
This will be the third time Wisconsin has hosted the championship.
In 2018, when Wisconsin last hosted the event, Wisconsin Badger Morgan MacDonald won the men’s individual title. Wisconsin finished eighth as a team in the men’s race while the women finished tenth.
Previously, Wisconsin hosted the men’s championship in 1978 at Yahara Hills Golf Course.
