A season-ending injury will derail a promising start to Kobe King’s time with the Wisconsin Badgers.
The UW Sports Medicine Staff announced that the freshman guard suffered a left knee injury and will have season-ending surgery on Monday. It is a disappointing end to King’s productive but short first year in cardinal and white, and also a significant loss for the Badgers. Along with fellow true freshmen Brad Davison and Nate Reuvers, King had worked his way into Wisconsin’s rotation.
