After a visit with some convincing from wide receivers coach Ted Gilmore, he committed to Wisconsin and has shown enough to see the field as a true freshman this season.
I’m not here to tell you that DeSoto, Tex., three-star prospect Emmet Perry is the next Quintez Cephus, but his Halloween commitment to Wisconsin has more of a chance to be a treat than a trick.
Perry, listed at 6’2 and 170 pounds on 247Sports, 6’3, 180 on Hudl and Scout, has himself a highlight reel that pops off the screen.
