An athlete from Menomonie is the Badgers' second offensive lineman for 2017 and their first recruiting win over Michigan.
One of the early storylines on the recruiting trail this year is going to be the attention Wisconsin pays toward the offensive line. After Michigan landed Ben Bredeson last season, Jim Harbaugh's staff threw out three offers to in-state offensive linemen this year. And while the recruitments for Logan Bruss and Tyler Beach are yet to be settled, the Badgers were able to fend off the Wolverines for Menomonie's Alex Fenton and earn Fenton's commitment, as first reported by Bob Bradovich on Monday.
