MADISON — Unlike weeks past, the No. 7 Wisconsin Badgers appear to be getting healthier, though one of their mainstays on defense is out yet again.
Outside linebacker T.J. Watt and cornerback Natrell Jamerson were not on the injury report released by the Wisconsin (7-2, 4-2 Big Ten) athletic department on Monday. Watt, the redshirt junior, appeared to battle a shoulder injury during Saturday’s game but noted afterward that he’ll work through a “shooting pain.”
Jamerson was listed as questionable the past couple of weeks, but is off the list this week. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Jeff Potrykus reported the junior defensive back saw some action in punt coverage in the 21-7 victory over Northwestern.
