Wisconsin football: multiple Badgers win weekly awards

The No. 14 Wisconsin Badgers (8-2 overall, 5-2 B1G) beat the Nebraska Cornhuskers in Lincoln on Saturday and multiple Badgers were then deemed worthy of a B1G player of the week award!

Junior running back Jonathan Taylor ran for 204 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries to pace the Badgers offense and kick returner extraordinaire Aron Cruickshank ran back a Nebraska kick 89 yards to the house in the first quarter of the game.

Taylor was forced to share the award with Michigan quarterback Shea Patterson and Cruickshank had to share his with Northwestern linebacker Chris Bergin who recovered a fumble and returned a blocked field goal 85 yards for a score.
