Wisconsin Football: Former Badgers Find New NFL Homes

A pair of former Wisconsin football players have made their way to new NFL teams early in the free agency period as both Scott Tolzien and Brad Nortman will play on new teams this fall.

Nortman, who played for the 2015 NFC Champion Carolina Panthers from 2012-2015 is headed to Jacksonville. The four-year veteran signed a four-year contract with the Jaguars worth $8.8 million after the Panthers reportedly offered him a low-level deal.

The former Wisconsin punter holds the Carolina franchise records for gross punting average and net yards, records he set in 2013.
