Wisconsin Badgers head football coach Luke Fickell and his recruiting department have struggled to gain traction with some of the program’s top tight end targets in the 2025 cycle.
Thus far, the Badgers have missed out on several top recruits high on their board, such as in-state product James Flanigan, who picked Notre Dame, and Marshall Pritchett, who wound up at North Carolina.
Position coach Nate Letton has also been pursuing Reiman Zebert out of Nebraska — and Brock Schott from Indiana — but things have started to heat up between the Badgers and three-star tight end Tyler Kielmeyer out of Westerville, Ohio.
