The Wisconsin Badgers will begin the search for another defensive coordinator, as LSU hired away Dave Aranda to the same position Friday night.
The Tigers announced their hiring after Badgers fans thought Aranda might stay in Madison at least for another season after many of college football's previously vacant defensive coordinator jobs were filled. Yet after losing Kevin Steele to Auburn earlier this week, LSU made a quick move in pulling Aranda from Wisconsin.
Aranda transitioned the Badgers' defense to a base 3-4 scheme upon his arrival and cemented a legacy in his three years.
