Wisconsin is not done yet with its 2019 recruiting class.
The staff has been searching for a safety to add to the group ever since Bryson Shaw flipped his pledge to Ohio State back in April, and it appears they have set their sights on one who is currently committed elsewhere.
On Friday, St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA) safety Titus Toler announced a Wisconsin offer on Twitter. Toler, a 3-star recruit and the nation’s No. 73 overall safety, has been a member of Colorado’s recruiting class since July 16. At the time of his commitment, he chose the Buffaloes over other offers from California, Arizona State, Boston College, Illinois, Minnesota, Oregon State, Vanderbilt, Washington and Washington State, among others.
