Wisconsin football: Badgers expect Corey Clement to play in Holiday Bowl

Junior running back Corey Clement is expected to play Wednesday. At least, according to his position coach.

Wisconsin running backs coach John Settle told the Wisconsin State Journal's (and former B5Q writer) Jason Galloway on Saturday that he expects Clement, who's only played in three games this season due to a sports hernia injury, to see time on the field at Qualcomm Stadium against USC during the Holiday Bowl on Dec. 30.

How many snaps or carries the standout running back will receive during the game is still in question, but Settle seems confident Clement will make an impact if his name is called.
