The Wisconsin Badgers had a rough Sunday, losing 59-53 to the Michigan Wolverines in the Big Ten Championship Game, struggling to keep the lead over the final two minutes of the game.
It was Wisconsin’s worst shooting day of the season, as they hit just 15/68 (22.1 percent) of their shots and 7/39 (17.9 percent) of their threes in an ugly offensive showing, struggling to get any form of consistency throughout the 40 minutes of regulation.
The Badgers did a lot of things well. They played stellar defense, limiting Michigan’s star duo of Vlad Goldin and Danny Wolf to just 19 points on 7/20 from the field, including 1/6 from three.
