The Wisconsin Badgers fell short in a 71-62 loss to the Michigan State Spartans on the road over the weekend, as they had their worst offensive output of the season.
It was a tight-knit game from start to finish, as the Badgers held a two point lead at halftime, but Michigan State slowly pulled away in the second half and was able to keep Wisconsin at bay, despite the game being within a few possessions for much of the period.
Now, Wisconsin stands at 22-7, including 12-6 in the conference, which is good for fourth in the Big Ten.
