A verbal commitment from La Crosse Central's Kobe King jump-started Wisconsin's 2017 recruiting class in a big way in September and the parade of hoops visitors continues into October. Wisconsin welcomes a number of prospects from Minnesota for the Iowa game Saturday, headlined by 2017 forward Goanar Mar from prep powerhouse DeLaSalle. Mar attended UW's advanced camp in June and his team won the camp tournament. Illinois forward Justin Smith is another 2017 visitor expected to take an unofficial visit to Madison this weekend.
