Fresh off a 79-67 victory over the Montana State Bobcats, the Wisconsin Badgers are taking on the Appalachian State Mountaineers on Sunday, with tip-off set for 11:00 a.m. at the Kohl Center.
The Badgers started off slow again on Thursday, but quickly evened things out, leading 39-33 at halftime before going on a run in the second half to lead by double digits for most of the period.
It was a better shooting performance for the Badgers on the perimeter, as Max Klesmit led the way with 26 points and six three-pointers, which was a career-high for the senior guard.
