The Wisconsin Badgers got some good news on Tuesday morning, as 2025 three-star defensive lineman Drayden Pavey committed to the program, marking the team’s 24th commitment of the cycle.
Pavey, a 6’3, 305-pound lineman, had been committed to the Purdue Boilermakers, but de-committed last week and joined the Badgers class shortly after.
A three-star recruit from Taft, Ohio, Pavey had been a target for the Badgers in the summer, coming to Madison on an official visit before choosing Purdue.
Wisconsin was still able to round out a strong recruiting class, landing three defensive linemen as they received commitments from three-stars Torin Pettaway, Wilnerson Telemaque, and Xavier Ukponu for a good group with upside.
